Birthday!

Today is my birthday! I hate that the older you get the less your birthday means (at least that is how I feel about it.) I remember when I was little I could hardly sleep the night before my birthday. I was so excited to see what I was getting. LOL How time changes! I will be at work until 6 tonight. I'm sure we will go to dinner tonight (dh and the kids and I) but not anything fancy. I don't like eating out with the kids. They aren't horrible or anything, it just stresses me. Tomorrow is Jim's birthday (yes we are only one day apart...we were even born the same year!) We are heading to the in-laws in the morning to spend the night. I'm hoping they will watch the kids so Jim and I can go see a movie or something. Well, I need to go get in the shower and get ready to go to work. I also have to stop and pick up Jims birthday present...I'm getting him a new golf bag. Hopefully I can get some time to upload zoo pictures soon!

Bad!

I told you I wasn't that great with keeping up with this stuff. It has already been 4 days since I blogged anything!

I'm feeling a little down today. We found new homes for two of our doggies. We just don't have the time for them and they deserve a home where they are center of attention. I know we are all going to miss them but they are going to be better off. :(

I'm also trying to get some major cleaning done around the house. I am sick of it being so cluttered up! I got rid of the desk out of my bedroom this morning and now I just need to go thru everything that was on it! LOL It was just a "catch all" so it had to go!

We are planning another trip to the OKC Zoo tomorrow. Hopefully the lions will be out this time! We also want to see all the other animals we missed out on. We got a yearly pass so I have a feeling we will be going a lot this spring/summer!

I guess that is all for now. Hopefully I will have some pictures to post tomorrow!

Beginning

I have decided to start a blog...duh, right? LOL Hopefully I can keep up with it and post at least once or twice a week. I will be posting updates about my family and also posting some of my scrapbook layouts. I hope you all enjoy a little peek into my life! :)
